I don't see a design that I like, can I get something custom?
Yes - that is exactly what we do - we customize everything. Your logo and design, your event name, your
company name, the name of your group. Everything is custom - you name it, we can probably make it.
What type of finishes are available?
Natural Pewter material - or shiny Gold, Silver and Copper Finishes. We also offer a less expensive automated finish which
provides a rougher looking finish which looks great for many applications. The more expensive method is hand-finished, which is
more of a shiny finish that resembles a brushed approach.
How big can the key tag be?
Key Tags are usually up to 1" by 2", or about 1-1/2" in diameter.
Because we make them
from scratch, buckles can be larger or smaller - whatever it takes to accommodate your design or your budget.
If that size doesn't quite meet what you need, please consider our line of "Medals"
which can be made up to 3" diameter.
With our Custom Medals the same
principle applies - you can have it any shape or design that you want. For example, if you want a "Key
Tag" look but want it to be 3" long - no problem. Keep in mind this would be somewhat impractical to put
in a pocket, but we can make it whatever way you want!
Are there any one-time set-up fees?
There are no additional fees for the dies or set-ups, depending on the quantity ordered.
There may be additional fees for the artwork. If you do need help creating your design - we have access to artists to look after all
your needs.
Can I get printing or a design on both sides?
Yes - everything is custom, so no problem.
Can I get my key chain in a raised 3D design?
Yes - additional charges will apply
Can I get my key tag with color?
Yes - for a small additional fee, we can add color to any of the areas of your key tag
design as required (see our Artwork Specifications for more information on how
your custom key tag needs to be designed to accomplish this)
